K8 is a three storey family home, fully equiped for a long holiday. The house is located on a quiet Old Liep\u0101ja street just half a kilometer from the sea.<\/p>\n
On the groundfloor there is a big kitchen and a WC . In the kitchen you will find everything for your cooking needs. On the 1st floor there is a living room, a double bedroom and a bathroom. In the
\nlivingroom you will find a sofa you can turn into a comfortable double bed. In the bathroom you will find a bath, shower, WC and a bidet. On the 2nd floor there is a large loft room with 2 beds and sofa bed.<\/p>\n
There are 3 beds and two sofa beds (accommodates 10 persons) in the house. The house is perfectly suited for a larger family or a group of friends.<\/p>\n
Cars can be parked on the street directly in front of the windows.<\/p>\n
All for your pleasure and relaxation – the town center, the beach, the Seaside park, Peter`s Market – is at your fingertips. There is a small shop 50m away, and a tram and bus stops 100m away.<\/p>\n
